Shipping policy
We use USPS for all of our shipping. The postal service is reliable; however, on occasion, they have been known to make mistakes, and your item may be late or may appear to be 'missing.' If you do not receive your item within a week after the expected arrival date, please get in touch with me as soon as you can. I use tracking on all of the orders and will be able to file a missing item report with the postal service to locate your item. If, by chance, your item is not located, a refund will be issued to you OR a new item will be sent; that is your decision.
